2. Contractor & Freelancer Rostering

Contractors registered on this platform agree to fulfill scheduled shifts diligently, maintain authentic time and attendance check-ins using geolocation verification, and adhere to venue safety protocols.

• Check-ins and check-outs must be performed at designated event geofences.
• Misrepresentation of working hours or location tampering constitutes ground for immediate profile revocation.
• Compensation is disbursed according to verified client work orders and billing cycles.

3. Client & Enterprise Responsibilities

Client companies using the portal to engage talent agree to timely verification of shift logs, adherence to agreed commercial billing schedules, and compliance with workplace safety standards during active event operations.

4. Data Confidentiality

All client project data, contractor billing rates, and customer lists accessed through this platform are strictly confidential and protected by Indian Intellectual Property and Information Technology regulations.
